The longhorn beetle belongs to a cosmopolitan family of beetles, typically characterized by extremely long antennae, which are often as long as or longer than the beetle’s body! The family is large, with over 26,000 species described!
I am clueless as to the common or scientific name of this specimen and would therefore appreciate any help with properly identifying it.
This specimen was found by Simerna Sidhu in her house in Canacona Goa.
