I’d been hoping to get a shot of this elusive bird for over a year. Last year I photographed a female in Mollem National Park. This year, during the months of April and May, I made five trips to Bondla wildlife sanctuary specially to find and photograph this gorgeous bird. On my third trip I had another usable photograph of the female. And on my fourth trip, around the middle of May, I finally had my shot of the male!
