The Malabar tree nymph is a large butterfly that usually stays high in the forest canopy. The butterfly has a delicate, and ethereal quality to its flight and it glides a lot giving members of this genus the other name of paperkite.
They are unpalatable like other members of the Danainae. This specimen was photographed with my tele lens at the Cotigao butterfly park.
